§ 13-4. Driver's safety course fee.

(a)

The municipal court shall be authorized to collect a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) to cover the cost of administering those persons who qualify for and elect to take a driving safety course under Vernon's Ann. Civ. St. art. 6701d, § 143A (Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways).

(b)

All fees collected under this section shall be deposited into the general fund of the city.
