§ 13-125. Vehicle owner notification and documentation.

It shall be the responsibility of the towing company, who stores vehicles within the city, to comply with vehicle storage facilities, V.T.C.A. Occupations Code Ch. 2303, and as appropriate abandoned motor vehicles, V.T.C.A. Transportation Code Ch. 683, as now enacted or as hereafter amended.
