§ 14-131. Periodic update of land use assumptions and capital improvements plan.

No later than three (3) years from the date of the adoption of the ordinance from which this article derives, city council shall either (1) make a determination that no update of the land use assumptions, capital improvements plan, or impact fees is needed or (2) update the land use assumptions, capital improvements plan and impact fees. In either case, the procedural requirements of V.T.C.A., Local Government Code § 395.052 for such determination or update shall be followed.
