§ 1-7. Provisions considered as continuation of existing ordinances.

Latest version.

The provisions appearing in this Code so far as they are the same as those of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Decatur, Texas, 1975, and of ordinances existing at the time of adoption of this Code shall be considered as a continuation thereof and not new enactments.
