§ 2.5-11. Judicial review.

Any person aggrieved or any taxpayer affected by any decision of the board of adjustment may appeal to a court of competent jurisdiction as provided by the Airport Zoning Act, Texas Local Gov't. Code Ann., Section 241.041 (Vernon 1988).
