§ 2-256. Agreements.

The city council, acting for and on behalf of the city, shall enter into all necessary agreements with the state for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of Vernon's Ann. Civ. St. art. 695g and Public Law 734, 81st Congress, ch. 809, 2d, H. R. 6000.
