§ 9-26. Definitions.

  • The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

    Mobile home shall mean any structure used for living, sleeping, business, or storage purposes, having no foundation other than wheels, blocks, skids, jacks, or skirting which is, or has been, or reasonably may be equipped with wheels or other devices for transporting the structure from place to place, whether by motor power or other means. The term "mobile home" shall include trailer, camp car, or house car.

    Mobile home lot shall mean a plot of ground designed for the accommodation of one (1) mobile home.

    Mobile home park shall mean any plat of ground upon which two (2) or more mobile homes occupied for dwelling or sleeping purposes are located, regardless of whether or not a charge is made for such accommodations.

    Natural or artificial barrier shall mean any stream, pond, railroad, levee, embankment, fence, or hedge.
