§ 9-27. Location of mobile homes restricted.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to park or cause to be parked any mobile home on any street, alley, highway, or other public place in the city.

(b)

Mobile homes are prohibited within the city except in those areas designated as MHD manufactured home districts in the zoning ordinance. However, the provisions of this section shall not apply to mobile homes located in a prohibited area on April 14, 1970. Such existing mobile homes shall be treated as a nonconforming use insofar as this section is concerned, but must obtain a permit in accordance with section 9-31.
