§ 9-29. Permit application.

(a)

Application for a permit required by this article must include name and address of the applicant, legal description of park property and a park plan setting out the following information:

(1)

The extent and area to be used for park purposes.

(2)

Location of sites for mobile homes.

(3)

Plan of water supply.

(4)

Plan of sewage disposal.

(5)

Plan of garbage removal.
